First Aid & AED

ParkingThere are accessible parking spots, as well as parking spots reserved for visitors on both the east and west sides of the building.

Large Print Options

We have several large print options available to assist you in worship including large print hymnals, song binders, Bibles, and liturgies. Please ask an usher for any of these items.

The elevator is located on the west side of the building. An operator is standing by, before and after the service, to assist you as needed, to get safely into and out of the elevator.

Hearing Loop (T-Loop)

A hearing loop system has been installed at Immanuel. Hearing aid wearers can hear the service directly by switching the hearing aid to the telecoil (T) setting and adjust the volume as needed. Others desiring hearing assistance may obtain a portable receiver and headset from the sound booth.

The building is equipped with a First Aid Kit and an AED (Automated External Defibrillator), located in the main hallway running North and South through the building.

Accessible Seating

The sanctuary is equipped with accessible seating in the middle of the sanctuary. There is room for wheelchairs, or if you prefer, a comfortable chair with a footrest.

Accessible Washrooms

We have wheelchair accessible washrooms on the main floor of our building.
